Torrcel pulls equipment data from every brand you service into one place and sends your team a morning plan: what can be fixed remotely, and where a van needs to go.
Early access. Built with a first pilot partner.
The problem
Every brand has its own portal.
- 01
Equipment status and error codes sit in separate systems, one login per brand.
- 02
Your service manager spends the morning collecting data before making a single decision.
- 03
The decisions that matter are simple: what can we fix remotely, and when do we need a site visit?

How it works
From ten logins to one list, in three steps.
Step 1
Connect
We link the manufacturer portals and controllers you already use. One setup per brand, done with you.
Step 2
Check overnight
Torrcel reads status, temperatures and error codes from every device while your team is off.
Step 3
Morning plan
Before 7 a.m. your team gets one list: fix remotely, send a van with the right part, or call the caretaker.
Your technicians don't need a new app. The plan arrives as a normal message.
See it
One screen for the office. One email for the vans.

Who we are
Built by people who have stood in the plant room.
Oskars Zusmanis
Founder
Has worked on more than 930 HVAC projects since 2017. Knows the morning routine of a service company from the inside, and built Torrcel to shorten it.
Jānis Vedļa
Co-founder

Who it's for
A good fit, and an honest not-yet.
Good fit
- Growing HVAC service companies with 3 or more vans
- You service several equipment brands, not just one
- Residential, multi-family and small commercial buildings under 2,500 m²
Not yet for
- Buildings run by a custom BMS. We may get there, but not in the first version.
- Single-brand companies. Your manufacturer’s own portal probably serves you well today.
